Welcome to NexHiro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NexHiro website (nexhiro.ai) and our AI-powered recruiting platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Services
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
NexHiro is an AI-powered platform designed for sourcing, qualifying, and engaging potential job candidates. You agree not to misuse the platform to send spam, conduct illegal activities, or violate the rights of any third parties (including the terms of service of third-party platforms like LinkedIn).
3. Data and Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using NexHiro, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to process, upload, and interact with the candidate data you source or manage using our services.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, AI models, and designs provided by NexHiro remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services.
5. Limitation of Liability
NexHiro services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific hiring outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexHiro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Refund Policy
1. Free Trial
We offer a 3-day free trial for new users to experience NexHiro's capabilities. If you cancel your account before the 3-day trial period ends, your payment method will not be charged.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
After the free trial, your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you selected.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billings and will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will retain access to the platform until that cycle ends.
4. Refunds
Due to the digital and AI-driven nature of our service, and the costs associated with AI processing, all subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial usage or unused time within an active subscription month. Exceptions may only be made in the rare event of major, prolonged technical failures on our end, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
