NexHiro (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides AI-powered recruiting agents that source, qualify, and engage candidates. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and platform. We are based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This policy applies to:

• Our public website and landing pages
• The NexHiro recruiting platform and dashboard (when you sign in)
• Any candidate or contact data processed through our services

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:

• Account and profile data (e.g. name, email) when you sign in via our identity provider (OIDC)
• Supported professional-network account connection data and related information when you enable an account connection for recruiting features
• Candidate and contact data you add or that our agents source (e.g. names, profiles, resumes, contact details)
• Usage data and product analytics (e.g. feature use, page views) to improve our product
• Support and communication records when you contact us

When you connect a supported professional-network account through the linknexhiro Chrome extension and approve the request in its consent window, the extension reads the authentication cookies required for that connection together with your browser user agent.

• Cookies are read only after you approve each request in the consent window
• The extension never reads cookies for any other website, records your browsing activity, or injects code into pages you visit
• No session data is stored on your device — only a local log of connection events (site, outcome, timestamp) that you can view and clear from the extension popup

Your approved account session is sent from the extension directly to NexHiro's servers over HTTPS. NexHiro may provide it to the service provider required to operate the account connection and the recruiting workflows you configure, such as sending invitations or messages and receiving replies on your behalf. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it for purposes unrelated to providing the connection and configured workflow.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our AI recruiting agents and platform
• Authenticate you and manage your account and settings
• Run sourcing, scoring, and outreach workflows you configure
• Analyze product usage to improve performance and experience
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

We use analytics (e.g. PostHog) to understand how the product is used. We use identified-only profiles where applicable and capture page views and product events to improve our service.

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Candidate and recruiting data is retained according to your use of the platform and our backend retention policies. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Your stored account session expires automatically 30 days after it was last refreshed. Disconnecting the account from NexHiro's settings deletes the stored session immediately and removes the connected account from the applicable service provider. Removing the extension from Chrome stops any further access to your cookies.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including secure authentication, encryption in transit, and access controls. We do not sell your personal information.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct or update your personal data
• Request deletion of your data or object to certain processing

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
